Diesel fuel tank is made of carbon steel of I would. choice in S235JR according to EN10025/93 sp. 30/10, cylindrical horizontal axis on support seats. Wheelbase 400 mm diameter with bolts and gaskets; 3″ lockable load connection; 90% load relief valve; vent with 1″1/2 water breaker reticle; mechanical clock level indicator. At the bottom of the tank there is a drain plug for scheduled periodic cleaning. The suction pipe is raised to allow a suitable decanting of the diesel, equipped with a check valve and filter. The tank is pretreated with two coats of epoxy and then painted with two coats of polished polyurethane finish bi component, green RAL 6018, after phosphating treatment. The homologated diesel tank is also available in the version without regulator, for power supply of generators or heating, equipped with wheelbase diameter 400 mm, load connection 3″Lockable, 90% load relief valve, 1″1/2 vent, mechanical clock level indicator, collection tank, protective canopy, preparation of ground connection, bottom discharge with closure cap, connection for 1″ diesel. The tank is supplied with user manual and maintenance and other certifications as per current regulations.

DISPENSER GROUP: Located inside a metal cabinet of orange color RAL 2008 with key lock, including a self-priming electric pump vane with capacities from 55 to 120 LT/min with built-in by-pass, 220 volts motor a.c. The system also, it is complete of: electric panel, control fine diesel, green light in presence of voltage, fixed red diesel lamp and system stop, emergency mushroom, push button/ stop pump, private use liter counter with partial zero and totalizer progressive, line filter, 1″ oil-proof rubber hose with automatic gun. The tank has at the top an inspection door composed of lid and gasket. The pumping unit is located inside a protective box that, in addition to preserving the integrity of the unit, protects it from atmospheric events. The fuel oil tube is also placed at a suitable height to avoid condensation and impurities that are deposited on the bottom of the tank. The cistern is equipped with a lifting eye located in the upper area of the cistern and allows the lifting from above strictly empty. The cistern is forconabile from below through the tank.
Protective roofing: Complete with 4 vertical uprights and hot galvanized upper frame; galvanized corrugated steel cover, to protect the tank from the elements.
diesel tank basin: 110% containment basin as per the latest standard of 22 November 2017, made of carbon steel sheet I chosen in S235JR according to EN 10025/93 with self-supporting round frame already prepared and bolted to the foot of the tank. Designed in relation to the capacity of the tank, in accordance with the safety requirements set out in D.M. 19/03/1990, it has: earthing connection, collection cockpit and ball drain tap. The structure is pretreated with two coats of epoxy bottom bi component and then painted with two coats of glossy polyurethane finish bi component, green color RAL 6018, after phosphating treatment. The tank is supplied with a user manual and maintenance, certificate of conformity approved by the Ministry of Interior and other certifications as per current regulations; table of information on the level indicator.
Depending on customer requirements, it is also possible to insert a larger dispenser unit up to 120 liters minute, a filter sized for flow rates up to 150 liters/ minute. Finally, the tank on the tank can be fitted with a fleet management system and an inlet litre counter. To complete the offer there is also a hose reel up to a maximum of 15 linear meters.
