DESCRIPTION

Phytodepuration treatments are made through rectangular trays equipped with inlet and outlet tube. The trays are inserted downstream of the so-called primary treatments (degreaser and imhoff tank) and allow the discharge of waste water either in watercourse or sub-irrigation or directly on the ground in TAB.4. The sizing of the plant is very delicate and depends on the number of inhabitants and final discharge. The discharge can be of 2 types or in sub-irrigation through underground dispersion or through discharge in to the soil directly. In some cases, where required, the plant also allows to recycle the outgoing water by recycling the waste water. In the latter case there is no dispersion of the waste on the ground as all the waste is returned to the head of the plant. This process is called evapotranspiration. Important for the success of the plant lies in the choice of plants suitable for purification processes. For this we recommend native plants suitable for the installation site, marsh straw, mallard, stingray. It will be inserted inside each tank of the scree then a subsequent layer of gravel and a mixture of soil and peat. It should be remembered that in the Lazio region the phytodepuration includes double-walled containers. Our plants are sized according to the number of inhabitants and if necessary can also be used for the refinement of wastewater in the presence of secondary treatments. Trays for phytopurification double wall are recommended in the region of Lazio.

 

The standard system is characterized by primary sedimentation by half tank imhoff or septic in some cases, single-walled tank in monoblock polyethylene tray. The phytodepuration trays are complete with 125 mm inlet and outlet piping with rubber seal. The system is equipped with a number of connecting wells adapted to the plant composition. The trays are made to accommodate the plant essences designated for the secondary purification of sewage of civil origin for discharge into surface water.

The tray will be filled from below in the following way: filling vegetable soil, non-woven fabric, gravel 10-20 cm, pebbles , or expanded clay or gravel washed 15-20 cm. Above will be placed special plants designated to purify the sewage. Among the plants there are for example: Aucuba Japonica, Bamboo, Calycantus Floridus, Cornus alba, Cornus florida, Thuya canadensis, Cornus stolonifera.
