PURIFIERS MONOBLOC A SLUDGE ACTIVE IN POLYETYLENE

Monobloc activated sludge purifiers are used to achieve high levels of wastewater purification. They consist of 3 different treatment areas: sedimentation, oxidation and calming tank. These monobloc activated sludge plants exploit the actions of bacterial colonies that feed on biodegradable organic material. The sludge purification process is carried out by feeding oxygen bubbles from the bottom of the tank by means of diffuser plates. The oxygen bubbles allow to feed the bacteria and at the same time guarantee an adequate mixing of the wastewater. The capacity of monobloc activated sludge purifiers is represented by the creation of primary and secondary treatments of domestic wastewater. The plant is also provided with a disinfection compartment along the exit pipe, in the appropriate housing you can insert a chlorine tablet to produce a disinfectant effect (subject to mandatory installation of the municipality). Monobloc activated sludge purifiers are used both as primary and secondary treatment of domestic sewage. They must always be preceded by a degreasing phase upstream by discharge or underground dispersion or on a surface watercourse.
