HIGH EFFICIENCY TREATMENT PLANT IN POLYETYLENE

High efficiency waste water treatment to discharge consist of an anaerobic percolator and an activated sludge plant. These are purification systems that allow the delivery of wastewater or for direct discharge on soil or for irrigation purposes, always into the soil. If sewage treatment plants are intended for irrigation purposes, they shall require a sludge recirculation system.

High efficiency waste water treatment are sized from a minimum of 7 inhabitants equivalent to a maximum of 60. These water purification systems are used in residential homes or industrial, commercial and hospitality activities in general.  Secondary treatments to discharge into the soil are always subservient to the so-called primary treatments (imhoff tank or degreaser). Their versatility also allows the recycling of water for irrigation purposes. This is why they are often inserted before irrigation stations allowing you to store water to irrigate your lawn. This last case, however, requires a secondary treatment with sludge recirculation. This ensures maximum purification.

The plant consists of an aerated percolator and an active sludge plant:

The percolator is equipped with: Inlet tube recessed, Piping, sewage from below, grid supporting filling bodies, Filter mass, (filling bodies), profile thomson collected wastes, chamber of oss.ne activated sludge

The activated sludge plant is equipped with: Air diffuser, secondary sedimentation, return chamber clarified sewage, compressor-blower Air-lift recirculation, outlet tube recessed, reinforced cover (with caps and vent).
