ADBLUE TANKS

Adblue tanks according to DIN 70070. The Urea – adblue product line is characterized by two solutions for storage and one for transport:

• Outdoor polyethylene tanks, equipped with a dispensing system composed of a dispenser group, digital liter counter, tube and automatic gun;
• Outdoor polyethylene tanks, equipped with a dispensing system composed of a dispenser group, hose and manual gun;
• Transportable polyethylene tanks, equipped with 12V dispensing system, digital liter counter, level indicator and automatic gun.

The outdoor adblue tanks are made entirely of high density polyethylene, a material highly compatible with this fluid. Capacities range from a minimum of 2000 litres to a maximum of 10,000 litres. All adblue tanks are equipped with a locking box and inside are located pumps, liter counters, pipes and guns. All adblue tanks are equipped with an inspection manual and a suction tube. The whole pumping unit is protected from impact or atmospheric events thanks to a protective box. The liquid is collected from above. The adblue tanks are made of high density polyethylene perfectly compatible with this type of fluid. The adblue tanks have a containment box of the pumping unit that prevents contact from atmospheric agents. The float tube is equipped with a bottom valve that allows you to keep the system always charged.

The transportable adblue tanks are also made entirely of polyethylene, have capacities from 230 to 440 liters and are equipped with a top cover with lifting eyebolts. These are transportable adblue tanks equipped with digital liter counter, pump with 40 liters/ min 12V, automatic gun and clock level indicator. The small dimensions and the empty weight allow easy handling. The transportable adblue tanks are fixed on the surface of the vehicle with nitrile hooks to tighten and the power supply of the system is made with the connection of the electrical equipment to 12V in Direct Current, to the battery of vehicles through special pliers.
