en poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne : conseils techniques pour les fondations et les raccords"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans le secteur de l&#8217;installation hydraulique et du b\u00e2timent, la cuve \u00e0 fond plat <a href=\"https:\/\/www.di-camillo.com\/fr\/produits\/cuve-en-polyethylene-8000-litres-panettone-interro-srm15\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>(\u00ab panettone \u00bb) en <\/strong><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne haute densit\u00e9 (PEHD)<\/strong> est un choix fr\u00e9quent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.di-camillo.com\/fr\/produits\/cuve-enterree-pour-leau-en-polyethylene-3000-litres\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>pour le stockage d&#8217;eau potable ou d&#8217;eaux pluviales de premi\u00e8re pluie \u00e0 pression atmosph\u00e9rique<\/strong><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>.<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sa forme basse et caract\u00e9ristique ainsi que sa surface d&#8217;appui \u00e9tendue offrent une grande stabilit\u00e9 et facilitent la pose<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cependant<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><strong>une mise en <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u0153uvre correcte exige le respect de crit\u00e8res dimensionnels et structurels<\/strong> pr\u00e9cis concernant la base <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d&#8217;appui ainsi que les modalit\u00e9s de per\u00e7age et de raccordement sur les parois profil\u00e9es<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le non-respect de ces exigences techniques de pose peut provoquer une flexion anormale du <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">polym\u00e8re, entra\u00eenant des tensions m\u00e9caniques sur le fond et des points de fuite \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">raccords filet\u00e9s.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pr\u00e9paration de la base d&#8217;appui <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">exigences m\u00e9caniques et planit\u00e9\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La cuve \u00e0 fond plat r\u00e9partit la charge du fluide stock\u00e9 sur une vaste surface horizontale. <strong>La densit\u00e9 <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>de l&#8217;eau<\/strong> correspondant \u00e0 une <strong>sollicitation de 1000 kg\/m3 (1 kg\/dm3<\/strong><\/span><strong>)<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, une cuve pleine exerce une <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pression constante et uniforme sur le plan sous-jacent<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La base d&#8217;appui doit r\u00e9pondre aux sp\u00e9cifications suivantes :\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>La surface d&#8217;appui<\/strong> doit \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9, parfaitement nivel\u00e9e, lisse et exempte <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de creux ou d&#8217;asp\u00e9rit\u00e9s susceptibles de concentrer les contraintes en des points isol\u00e9s de la matrice polym\u00e9rique.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>La tol\u00e9rance de planit\u00e9<\/strong> ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 2 mm par m\u00e8tre lin\u00e9aire, afin d&#8217;\u00e9viter la <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d\u00e9formation du fond profil\u00e9 sous la charge hydrostatique.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Les dimensions de la dalle en b\u00e9ton<\/strong> doivent d\u00e9passer le diam\u00e8tre d&#8217;encombrement de la cuve d&#8217;au moins 10 \u00e0 15 cm de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9, afin d&#8217;\u00e9viter le porte-\u00e0-faux ou la flexion des <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bords p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Il est absolument interdit de poser la cuve directement sur un terrain accident\u00e9, du gravier en vrac<\/strong>, des traverses en bois ou des palettes<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un tassement du terrain provoquerait un bombement du poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne, entra\u00eenant une fissuration par fatigue du mat\u00e9riau.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Raccordements hydrauliques et per\u00e7age des parois profil\u00e9es\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La g\u00e9om\u00e9trie des cuves \u00e0 fond plat pr\u00e9sente des zones planes altern\u00e9es avec des nervures de renfort <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">structurel. L&#8217;application correcte des joints \u00e0 brides ou des raccords filet\u00e9s traversants n\u00e9cessite une <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">attention particuli\u00e8re dans le choix des points de per\u00e7age.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les raccords doivent \u00eatre install\u00e9s exclusivement sur les zones planes pr\u00e9vues par le fabricant lors du <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">moulage par rotation. <strong>Le per\u00e7age<\/strong> au niveau des nervures de renfort ou des zones \u00e0 faible rayon de courbure <strong>emp\u00eache la bonne adh\u00e9rence des joints d&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 en EPDM ou NBR<\/strong>, provoquant des <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fuites qui ne peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9solues par un simple serrage m\u00e9canique.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour les raccordements au r\u00e9seau d&#8217;eau et aux autres installations, il convient d&#8217;interposer des tron\u00e7ons de tuyauterie flexible ou des joints antivibratoires en caoutchouc \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de l&#8217;entr\u00e9e et de la sortie de la cuve<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><strong>Les tuyaux rigides en PVC ou en polypropyl\u00e8ne soumis \u00e0 la dilatation <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>thermique<\/strong> ou \u00e0 de l\u00e9gers tassements de la structure pourraient exercer un moment de flexion renforc\u00e9 sur les raccords en laiton ou en plastique, endommageant le filetage ou d\u00e9chirant la paroi <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de la cuve<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conseils d&#8217;entretien et support technique\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avant le remplissage d\u00e9finitif, il est recommand\u00e9 d&#8217;effectuer un essai hydraulique \u00e0 vue, en laissant la cuve
